特点 Characteristics:

SF系列砂磨机全新设计的棒销式研磨元件，研磨效率高，产量大，能耗低。

New design of pin-type grinding components, with high grinding efficiency and  high output,but low energy consumption.

具有较小的长度/直径比，能量密度高。

With smaller length/diameter ratio and higher energy density.

采用大流量静态离心分离筛网，出料面积大，研磨介质与筛网无直接接触，磨损小，使用寿命长。

Using large flux static centrifugal separation screen,with larger discharging area,grinding medium without straight contact with the screen,small abrasion,thus with longer service life.

研磨筒体及研磨转子采用强制冷却系统，出料温度低，对敏感物料无影响。

Grinding barrel and grinding rotor adopt forced cooling system,with lower discharging temperature and no influence of sensitive materials.

采用了高品质的耐磨合金钢，减少了设备研磨过程中对物料的污染。可根据产品要求选用不同的材质，如：不锈钢、高分子、陶瓷等材料。
